Our magazine was hit hard during the economic downslide that followed 911. But, we have not given up on our magazine. As soon as we have our doll deliveries on schedule we will resume Bella! Magazine. We thank our collectors and subscribers for your patience.
Because 2 other wonderful fashion dolls magazines have graced our market (Haute Doll and FDQ) we are planning to reformat our magazine to celebrate the way dolls show us the path to a beautiful life. There will be less focus on current trends in dolls and doll fashions and more on what makes life beautiful and how our dolls contribute to that journey. Articles will focus on themes which are currently being explored by doll artists. We will then include doll and non doll articles based on those themes. Think of it as a National Geographic inspired magazine for dolls with articles, activities, how too's and miniature cutouts.
Subscriptions are based on Editions. There are four volumes per edition. Currently we are planning to produce no more than 1,000 copies of the first edition. When you subscribe you will get the entire edition, no matter when you subscribe.
We will also be also producing special miniatures and gifts. These miniatures and gifts are limited, however, to the number of subscribers on our list at the time of each mailing.
Our Magazine is currently a nonprofit making venture designed to increase the value of doll collecting. This project is made possible through the contributions and kindness of volunteers, the support of other manufacturers in the industry and the financial support of our advertisers and subscribers. We thank, in advance, everyone who has and will continue to make this project possible.
