IS CLEA NOW MADE IN AMERICA?
YES!!!! We are fully operating doll studio. Weither its the older vinyl dolls or the new resin dolls, we make our dolls in our Cobb Mountain Studio. In 2009 most of our costumes will also be USA made.
DO YOU DO YOUR OWN PHOTOGRAPHY?
You bet! We have a small photo setup in our library. By doing the photography ourselves we are able to keep our dolly prices down. Bogie then takes the raw photos and photo illustrates them into environments that reflect Clea's world.
DOES BOGIE SCULPT THE DOLLS?
YES! Bogie is very proud of the fact that she can, without disclaimer, call herself a 100% doll artist. Bella dolls are designed and sculpted by Bogie. Bogie also works out most of the engineering, such as jointing and facial screening, of her dolls. And if that wasn't enough Bogie has also sculpted, designed and printed many of the accessories that accompany Clea Bella products.
DOES BOGIE DESIGN ALL OF CLEA'S COSTUMES
Nope. Although Bogie has designed most of Clea's costumes she feels very strongly that Clea Bella collection is served best by NOT letting her ego be the headliner on the Clea Bella collection. "Great performances come from sharing the spotlight," says Bogie and she is always looking for other brilliantly talented artists to be a part of the Clea team.
Vince Nowell has been an indescribably asset to the Clea Bella project. Bogie's initial sketches of Clea's wardrobe was very "Tom Boyish." Vince's artistic eye and constructive criticism helped Bogie develop Clea into a more sophisticated young lady. He had a large part to play in Mother's Day, Premiere, Christmas with Papa and the entire London Fair collection. Bogie makes no hesitation in saying, "If it wasn't for Vince Nowell, I don't think I could have introduced Clea Bella to the world." Vince continues to be Bogie's life line to keeping the Bella! collection "on track." Collectors can look for more Nowell designs in the upcoming seasons.
Bogie has also received a lot of advice from Bay Area artists, Barbara Beccio and Bill Jones. Barbara built the prototype for "Milk Maid," designed "White Wedding" and participated in "Quarter Moon" and some upcoming "Jazz Train" costumes. Bill Jones is currently the company's official theatre consultant.
Our newest guest designer, Janee Turner, loves the ballet. Bogie and Robert have been oohing and awing her creations on the internet for the past year. This spring, Bogie and Janee hooked up through another Clea Bella fan and the rest will be Clea Bella history. "Janee is absolutely amazing," says Bogie. "Not only are her designs beautiful, she constructs costumes with immaculate skill and accuracy. We are so blessed to have her on the team." Collectors can look forward to seeing Janee's work introduced this summer 2004.
Bogie encourages all collectors and designers to make Clea their canvas and is very proud to share the Clea spot light with these talented artists.
WILL THERE BE MORE PATTENS?
YES Bogie is waiting to complete her new resin doll to make sure new patterns fit perfectly. Then patterns will be sized to fit both Clea and larger 16" dolls.
COMPANY POLICIES

All sales are final once an item has been shipped.
Before shipment pre-orders and full orders, even those prepaid can be canceled. If for some reason an item must be returned after shipment nice costumers will be offered either a refund or a store credit. Nasty costumers will be charged shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. So, don't be nasty.

USA/Canadian Collectors Shipping
We ship to all 50 USA States and all of Canada.
Overseas Collectors Shipping
We ship to established customers from the following countries:
UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmak, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Austraila and NewZealand.
New customers must contact us for information on how to get on our OK to ship list.
Sorry, but we can not undervalue customs forms. According to Paypal policy we can ONLY ship to the address on the customers paypal account. For credit card orders we will only ship to the customers address, we can not ship to shipping buddies.

3.
Hand Made Items Take Time
Hand made items are time consuming. Please be patient. Events can happen which can severely stop production and make delivery longer than expected. So, be prepared to wait. If an order takes much longer to produce than originally announced we will find ways to compensate collectors for their patience IF they have prepaid or been prematurely charged. If you have prepaid don't be afraid to ask for this compensation.

We reserve the right to refuse service.
We have a zero tolerance policy for collectors/dealers who bash, threaten or attempt to intimidate us, our dealers or our customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to the individuals.
5.
Items May Differ from Posted Photos
Because most of our items are hand made, each item will be slightly different. Some collectors have used this to claim the item is "flawed" or "defective" in order to demand a refund. We do not give refunds or replacements for minor flaws or defects. BUT, we do give replacements for major defects, including items which break in shipping. If your item should break please contact us immediately. If an item changes dramatically from our marketing photos you will be sent an updated photo and given the opportunity to cancel your order before shipment.

Orders Older Than 3 Months Old Are Confirmed Prior to Shipment.

Duplicate Orders
If we accidently ship you an item twice the second item is yours FREE. You do not have to ship it back. Enjoy it or share it with a friend.
